so, i'm teaching photoshop to gavin (8 years old, oldest of 4 kids) from across the street and yesterday's lesson was to work on combining elements of two photographs. it just so happens that his brother, owen, had recently been sporting a mohawk that we had taken photos of. because the mohawk is so fun we decided to plop it on phoebe, the youngest.

other than some detailed outlining of the hair, gavin did all of the placing, scaling, and masking of the two images.
